How allybuild collects, uses, and protects your information across our website and the allybuild agent platform.
Overview
This policy explains how allybuild handles personal information when you visit allybuild.ai or use the allybuild agent platform, where teams organize work in organizations, run agents on plans with weekly credits, and manage storage, members, and projects.
The controller for your data is allybuild. You can reach us any time at business@allybuild.ai.
Information we collect
Account and organization data: your name, email address, organization name, and your role in the organization.
Content you submit to runs: prompts, files, code, and other materials your agents process inside their workspaces.
Usage data: runs started, credits consumed against your weekly allowance, storage usage, and operational logs that keep the platform healthy.
Payment data: credit top-ups and plan purchases are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
To operate the service: execute your runs, enforce plan quotas such as storage, members, projects, and concurrent tasks, and track weekly credit allowances.
To bill for the service: calculate credit consumption, process top-ups through Stripe, and keep billing records.
To keep the service safe: detect abuse, investigate incidents, and protect organizations and their members.
To improve the service: understand aggregate usage patterns so we can make the platform more reliable and useful.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: model providers that power agent inference, Stripe for payments, and hosting and infrastructure providers that run the platform.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your run content with third parties for their own purposes.
Data retention and deletion
We keep account, usage, and billing data for as long as your organization is active, plus the retention period required by applicable law.
When an organization owner requests deletion or a plan ends, we delete or anonymize personal data, and residual copies are removed as backups roll off on their normal schedule.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
Organization owners can manage member accounts directly in organization settings. For other requests, contact us at business@allybuild.ai and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
International transfers and changes
allybuild operates globally, so data may be processed in regions where we, our model providers, or our infrastructure providers operate. We use contractual safeguards for transfers where required.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we do, we will change the last updated date above and, for material changes, notify organization owners in advance.
