Terms of Service
Last updated: September 21, 2026
The agreement between you and allybuild when you use our website and the allybuild agent platform.
Acceptance
By creating an organization, starting a run, or otherwise using the allybuild platform, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Work is organized inside organizations, where owners and admins control members, plans, and quotas.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your accounts and for the actions of the members your organization invites.
Plans, credits, and billing
Each plan includes specific quotas: storage, members, projects, concurrent tasks, and a weekly credit allowance. Weekly credits refresh automatically at the start of each weekly cycle, and unused weekly credits do not roll over.
You can top up credits through Stripe at any time. Paid credit balances are consumed only after the weekly allowance is exhausted, and they do not reset with the weekly cycle.
Enterprise plans are governed by the separate agreement signed with our team. We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes will not apply mid-cycle for plans you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes, and do not submit content you have no right to process.
Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits or quotas, disrupt or overload the service, access other organizations’ data, or reverse engineer the platform except as permitted by law.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit to runs and the outputs your agents generate. You grant allybuild the limited rights needed to store, process, and transmit that content in order to operate the service for you.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or obligation.
Service availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability and correct behavior, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit every purpose.
Features in beta may change or be discontinued as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, allybuild’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Provisions that should survive termination, such as ownership and liability, do survive.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service grows. We will change the last updated date above and notify organization owners of material changes in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance.
