Start a batch upload
POST/projects/{project_id}/workspace/upload/batch/start
Register a multi-file upload against the storage quota; returns the upload_id the file legs attach to.
Parameters

| path | yes | Destination directory |
| files | yes | Array of {name, size} entries, one per file |
| ws | no | Workspace UUID — defaults to the project default workspace |
